With age, expression lines usually appear on different areas of the face, such as on the forehead and around the eyes and mouth. Ageing around the mouth can be noticeable due to a loss of volume in the lips, smokers’ lines, wrinkles, furrows and marionette lines. To help fix these, dermal fillers are used by injecting hyaluronic acid, a resorbable substance that occurs naturally in our skin, which helps to hydrate and add volume to the skin.

Hyaluronic acid fillers soften wrinkles and help lips recover their volume quickly and safely. At Calidental we use the highest quality material available in the European market: 100% synthetic and 100% safe crosslinked hyaluronic acid.

The painless procedure is carried out in our aesthetics room by Dr González, as the entire lower part of your face is numbed. Hyaluronic acid is inserted into wrinkles through small injections with which these folds are filled. Once this treatment is complete you can immediately return to your daily activities. For a few days following treatment avoid sunbathing, strenuous exercise or wearing makeup around the mouth area.

We always advise our patients to repeat the treatment annually so they always have perfect results.
